You’ve outgrown the old strategies. Now what?

People tend to find me when something needs shifting in their lives.

When success feels hollow, when relationships don’t land right, or when old stories need to unravel.

You might have mastered ‘playing the game’—but at the cost of your joy, personal power, or sense of self. You might be exhausted from trying to “figure it out,” caught in the loop of striving and self-editing. Maybe you're noticing that the strategies that once worked no longer feel aligned. Something deeper is knocking at the door, wanting to come out, but unsure of how.

That’s where we begin.

We slow down, make space for what needs to be heard, and unfold inner transformation.

How do you want to meet life? And How do you want life to meet you?

The way I see it: Our relationship to life, is an extension of our relationship to ourselves.

When you’re unsure of who you are and how to do you right, it’s only natural that you also struggle to take space at work, show up in my relationships, or come from power and purpose.

It’s only by meeting yourself where you’ve not had permission to be met, and updating parts of yourself that have been stuck in the past that things really start to have permission to turn around.

What if the parts you’ve been taught to hide are the keys to your freedom?

So much of facilitation work - whether that’s in groups or 1-on-1 - is about holding change.

What needs to be witnessed so that it can be acknowledged, and released? How do we build trust, bravery, and safety, to birth what wants to be born?

You don’t need to be ‘fixed.’ You need space to exhale, rebel against the script, and reclaim what’s yours.

I come in as a diving partner, bringing my insights, holding space for what's not been allowed to be seen, and helping you resurface with practical steps and clarity.

I’m not a coach that prescribes a solution, nor am I a therapist that promises to fix you. Instead, we work together to create a safe-enough and brave-enough space to begin to see what’s really at play.

My Story

I am a grandchild of empire—born into a set and setting where the effects of colonialism continue to have a vice-grip on life.

I lived through the systematic oppression that comes with that: racism, poverty, disconnection from the land and community, and loss of identity. At the same time, paternal abandonment and maternal enmeshment at home meant that I struggled with my own host of mental health issues and went through cycles of burnout and addiction.

The question that followed me was: “Who do I need to be in order to feel safe and to be accepted?

I learnt to wear a mask to fit in and do what I was “supposed” to. When the mask finally cracked, I realised that I had been wearing it for so long that I had forgotten who I really was—beyond my stories, beyond my conditioning, and beyond empire.

A deep reckoning was due—with personal trauma, family history, and with the systems that oppress our expressions of gender, abundance, sexuality, choice, and freedom in the world.

All this needed to be met and to shift, so that I could truly build a life that was aligned with myself.

Now, I offer that same space to others—to reckon, to remember, and to reimagine.

What now?
